These Terms of Service govern your use of the Formative Digital website and services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Formative Digital provides search engine optimization (SEO) and generative engine optimization (GEO) services. Specific deliverables and terms are outlined in individual service agreements.
Payment is due at the beginning of each service period. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
Content created for your business becomes your property upon full payment. Our proprietary methodologies, systems, and processes remain the property of Formative Digital.
While we use proven strategies and best practices, we cannot guarantee specific rankings or results. Search algorithms and AI systems are controlled by third parties and subject to change.
Formative Digital liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will receive all work completed to date and access credentials for any accounts we manage.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or binding arbitration.
